Ah yes I understand now, good idea. Just now it works for grid games, maybe later I can add free painting. Just now I didnt add hexa or octa maps, only simple squares. This covers majority of dos and adnd games, just now, before first release I dont want make big turnings which are out of current context before, there are couple things which I muat finish yet. But i hear every idea, I like it, it helps apps to grow
Hi, I work on copy paste feature. I want have it in first release.
I implemented widget of teleport type for connection from one place to another.
Btw i fully dont understand what you mean with line tool. Can you explain it a bit more?
And what exactly does not work, fire or wasd?
I think it should work. I was playing it with Duke nukem 3d layout. Virtual joystick was bound to 2-axis joystick, look around I did with mouse, shooting was with joystick button. However, I successfuly fired with left mouse button. And believe, joystick may be replaced with keyboard.
There is some filter on devices which buttons are recognized by voodoo mapper. I think mouse is excluded. These special keys like back and home are messed across android versions.
I debugged it, event with big mouse sensitivity (4000) does not turn faster (tested with descent 1). It stops turning faster after reaching some value. I checked emulator in core and there is no limit on it, so it really looks like game has turn speed cap.

You are right, but this is not the original game. Dxx-rebirth is (taken from web site) :
“DXX-Rebirth is a source port of the Descent and Descent 2 Engines for Windows”
It means, it is coded from scratch and has nothing to do with original dos game.
Seems, it is executed “home” key, no “back” key. Back key is processed like a right mouse button (because many manufacturers created mice which sends back button if you press right mouse button). If you jump to home screen then probably is send “home” key.
Well, this is a bit complicated, but maybe can be solved. There is problem, similar to back button, many manufacturers send home button for a “middle button”. Do you press middle button on the mouse? Can you send me email? I like to get more information.
Regarding second question – just now it is not possible, it was implemented in the past, but at one point was support for samsung s-pen and physical mouse rewritten from the scratch and this feature was dropped. The old code is completely incompatible with that how it works now. But maybe I can check it and if it will be not hard then I can add it again.

I placed this message to google search engine and it is message from win95/98. Maybe win95 image file is broken after transfer from one device to another? It still works on your old device? Or maybe you used normal core before and now svn core
Unfortunatelly no, there is something like this. You must copy saves manually, but it is good idea for future updates.
Just now you must enter into source profile directory and copy mapper.xml to target directory. I think I can add import from another profile to next version or so.
Mapper profile is copied by profile duplication. In worst case you can manually copy mapper.xml from one profile to another and restart game.
Just now you can duplicate game profile, it duplictes all settings include key map. If you enter correct profile folder under .MagicBox then you can copy mapper.xml to another profile and it will be recognized. Global mapper does not exist.
In advanced settings is possible turn off back button for calling general settings.
