All of these should be working:

Dang, it’s all working fine for me. Galaxy S9+, Android 10 though. I can try to get my hands on an Android 12 phone for testing.

That’s why I asked – so it’s not an issue with the s-pen itself, but rather with either (1) your particular device or (2) your mouse settings.
I think it’s probably best if you upload one or two of your profiles, so we can test on some other devices, to see if we can pinpoint the issue. 🙂

For clarification: this issue only happens when you’re using the s-pen? So when you’re tapping the screen with your finger right after that, it’s all working fine?

    Great to hear! 👍
Using fhd or higher resolutions also has no performance impact on Dosbox, but on the upside, you get a crisper image.

Weird. Maybe it’s related to screen resolution (complete shot in the dark here)? So maybe try setting your res to FHD instead of WQHD?

Just out of curiosity, how did you fix it last time?

No problem, glad you were able to figure it out! 👍

Maybe you can fix that with mouse sensitivity settings? When you find the working values for absolute mouse, target should also work.

It’s very delicate and can break easily, due to all the stuff that goes on in between. Make sure you always clickt the refresh button before you pick the pixels. And I think it also reacts strange if you change image scaling afterwards (e.g. from original aspect ratio to stretch-to-fill).

Hm, maybe you can add a “Wait” command to the deadly strike widget to allow the save game section to load in, then execute the next commands within the same DS widget. You can also trigger another DS widget by using the “Combo” option:

    1. Pixel Trap -> triggers Deadly Strike widget
    2. Deadly Strike widget -> triggers another Deadly Strike widget (via “Combo” command)

You can assign Deadly Strike widgets to a Pixel Trap. Create the widget first, then create a new Pixel Trap, and chose the Deadly Strike widget as action for the appear/disappear condition.

Pixel Traps are arguably one of the coolest features in Magic Dosbox. The amount of automation you can build into 30+ years old DOS games is pretty mindblowing. 🙂

I doubt it’s your tablet. Might be something as simple as a typo in your mounting commands. If you like, paste the contents of your expert commands section here, so we can take closer look. 🙂

    Thanks, good to know. 🙂
As for screenshots, you have to upload them to an image hosting website, then insert the link here.

    You’re welcome. 🙂
And there are no “little things”, it’s just always easy once you’ve figured it out. 😉
