Hi,
I’m back to MagicBox because I got a new phone (old one died), and it’s Android 6.0 which means I can’t move apps to portable SD. Thanks Google -.-
Anyways, I can use SD for game emulation like before, so I’m looking to get some DOS games running on this new phone.
I’m looking to get DOOM to test new perfomance and KKND as a game to play.
Any other recommendations? I can play only low games for sure, so don’t bring up late DOS games 🙂
It is not so big problem, store iso, bin cue files on sd card and installation files on internal storage 🙂
I recommend duke nukem 3d 🙂
I will try Duke Nukem, looks cool 🙂
What phone/cpu do you have?
Phone is Lenovo Vibe C2
Mediatek quad core 1 GHz? I’m interested its performance. Esepcially compared to the entry-level Snapdragon chipsets.
Doom should run fine, though. I could play that already on my old Galaxy S1 years ago.
Well, even a calculator can run Doom.
That’s totally weird, but amazing! ?
It’s insane how much cpu power is necessary to emulate a full x86 PC. I mean, I could play GTA 3 on my S1, but Duke Nukem 3D wouldn’t work properly because the cpu was too weak. 😉
