You have several ways. In game profile you can switch from auto performance to custom. Then inside game tune cycles from cycles/power option. Or press “Get” button on right side to main program in game profile, let update expert settings. The scroll to expert settings and edit it. Find cycles=max 105% and change it to max 30% or other value.
