I dont know what you do and what version you have. Your drive d is mounted incorrectly. Look, TES1 was released for free. On bestoldgames is version which does not need installer. Just download it, unzip and start arena.bat.

Hello. You have the CD mounted but it is disconnected. You must also activate the option that I have marked in the screenshot that I attached. In the other screenshot that you sent, it says that the game runs from the CD and you are running it from the HDD. But try to select that option. Remember, both options must be active.
