Mouse click too fast

Ive got Championship Manager 94 working but its frustrating as it keeps reading a left mouse click as a double click. Is there any way to slow this down so that it only reads it as one click?

Really strange, I am going to check it

Edit : I checked that, but truly I don’t know how to control this game;) I never played that. I think it produces mostly one click. Some screen flash too quickly, I am not sure what it caused. On desktop dosbox it works fine?

To make it slower, try following tricks :

1. In UI change automatic performance to custom. In this case you tune game speed directly inside game – with blue potion icon “power” from general settings. In expert settings is it cycles=3000, you can set it to 6000.

2. try this video. It generates config from user interface to clipboard. Scroll down to expert settings and replace all content with clipboard and change cycles to auto. Try game with this setting.
